What we are looking for?
A dynamic and awesome team player to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist
What will you do?
- Use your technical background to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within SLA.
- Taking clients through the process of fixing technical issues.
- Manage & log service desk queries.
- Report on logged service requests and escalate where required
- Manage all post sales queries
- Assist with pre-sales queries as required
- Prioritizing your workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first.
- Providing support remotely when necessary
- Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
What you will need?
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in telecommunications
- IT/Technical knowledge related to internet services and related applications, software and hardware
- Related degree / diploma or certificate
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in excel
