What we are looking for?

A dynamic and awesome team player to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist

What will you do?

  • Use your technical background to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within SLA.
  • Taking clients through the process of fixing technical issues.
  • Manage & log service desk queries. 
  • Report on logged service requests and escalate where required
  • Manage all post sales queries
  • Assist with pre-sales queries as required
  • Prioritizing your workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first.
  • Providing support remotely when necessary
  • Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion

 What you will need?

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferably in telecommunications
  • IT/Technical knowledge related to internet services and related applications, software and hardware
  • Related degree / diploma or certificate
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in excel
